Tip: Add Backup Contact Info
If an email we send to your primary address bounces, we would like to be able to let you know by sending a message to a backup email address or mobile number.
If your primary email address never has an issue, we promise not to ever use your backup contact info for anything.
Tip: Secure Your Account with 2FA
Make sure your Webtricity account remains secure by following these recommendations:
- Turn on 2-Step Sign-In for your account, and require other users with access to your Webtricity website to enable it as well. You can check to see if your users have this enabled here.
- Review the list of people who have access to your Webtricity account and deactivate accounts that are no longer in use. You can review that list here.
- Don't share Webtricity user accounts. Additional user accounts are free and easy to set up. Giving each person their own login improves accountability and provides additional security to your Webtricity account.
